About the Salient Achievements of the Department:   Botany Department of Ramkrishna Mahavidyalaya is 06 years old and it was established in 2006 with other two departments (Zoology & Human Physiology) of the college. One student of the department secured 1st rank in the Tripura University Examination 2010. Faculty members of the department have submitted more than half dozen research projects to different funding agencies of Govt. of India and upto till date obtained 04 projects and many more projects are under process. Faculty members of the department published more than one dozen research paper in various journals.
